Since our founding we have been successfully using the working method Scrum. Instead of a classical, waterfall based work structure plan (analysis, design, programming, tests) we work with short iterations, so called sprints.
A sprint lasts one or two weeks and consists of smaller work units. After each iteration, we deliver our customers an increment of the final product in the form of working software, which is tested and approved by the customer. On the basis of customer feedback, the development is continuously checked and adapted. It is also possible to prioritise order units differently, schedule new functions or drop requirements that are no longer required.
Scrum is the best solution for our customers and for us. With classical models we have made the experience that misunderstandings in the specification, differences in interpretation and other inaccuracies cause high administrative expenses. With Scrum, however, our customers are always in the picture about the status of work and keep track of the costs.
We support the agile manifest and reperesent these values:
Individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
Working software over comprehensive documentation.
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation.
Responding to change over following a plan.
