The widget is used by more than 100 real estate agents in Switzerland and Germany and can be embedded in their website via iFrame with only 4 lines of code.
Hedonic models for condominiums and single-family houses form the core of the valuation process. These statistical comparative value models are based on well-described and extensively collected transaction data, which is kept up-to-date on an ongoing basis. The model learns from itself every quarter, ensuring a spatially robust model landscape.
End customers enter details of the property via a multistep wizard. A progress indicator informs the users about the progress at all times. If all the necessary information is available, we display the quantitative and qualitative quick valuation of the property.
The real estate agency on whose page the widget is integrated receives an email with the contact and valuation details when the valuation is completed. In this way, contact can be established with the users. A classic win-win situation.
In order to deliver valid leads with real telephone numbers, we validate the telephone number via SMS code. This query is also a precaution to prevent extensive and thus abusive use. We think that's pretty clever.
